The Hills was a state electoral district of New South Wales, Australia. Located in the north-western suburbs of Sydney, the district was formed from parts of the existing electoral districts of Blacktown and Parramatta. The district was initially represented by the Liberal Party of Australia. The district was bounded by the electoral districts of Blacktown to the west, Parramatta to the south, and Ryde to the east. The district included the suburbs of Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, and Kellyville. The district was replaced by the new electoral district of Baulkham Hills. The district was represented by Jillian Skillen at the time of its dissolution.
